The debate team from University of Bakrie (entry number 34) has withdrawn its participation in the EUIDC 2011 due to university exams.
Entries from teams who were eliminated in the first stage were re-evaluated (using the same critieria as prior) and the following team has been selected in order to comply with the 20-team requirement:
The "bye" system will be applied when there is a "no show" team on the day of the tournament.
